Need To Know Skills:

1. Looping: The eye symbol in the bottom left corner of garage band, pick an instrument and then drag the soundtrack into tracks area. From there you can edit the clip any way you want.
2. Recording: The red circle right beside the play button is to play or stop recording.
3. Adding Tracks: To add new tracks go to the top of the garage band, click track, scroll down to new track then select it. Then choose real instruments.
4. Ducking: To duck a track you need to go to control and then select ducking on the menu. After that you need to click the arrows on the track and then you are done.
5. Metronome: You have to be able to turn metronome off and on. You can does this by clicking on control and then clicking metronome.
6. Deleting Tracks: select track you want to delete, go to track on the top of garage band, select track, then choose delete track.
